Analyst, Sales Commissions & Performance Analytics

Location: Miami, FL

Salary: $85k-$110k; Bonus: 15-20% of base salary

Kaseya is seeking an Analyst, Sales Commissions & Performance Analytics to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and insightfulness of our sales performance and compensation data. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, systems, and business decision-making. The analyst will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders by translating complex performance and compensation data into clear, actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large, nuanced datasets, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in turning “messy” data into defensible, decision-ready outputs. While operational excellence is foundational, analytical thinking and curiosity will be central to success in this role

In this role, you will:

Own the Integrity of Sales Performance & Compensation Data

  • Maintain, validate, and audit sales performance and commission data across core compensation and reporting systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance through recurring checks, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Proactively identify discrepancies, root causes, and systemic issues, and drive resolution in partnership with stakeholders.

Deliver Insightful Reporting & Analysis

  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical views to track quota attainment, earnings, and performance trends.
  • Analyze sales and compensation data to surface insights around performance drivers, anomalies, and emerging trends.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives that support business decisions and operational improvements.

Support Systems, Tools, & Data Infrastructure

  • Assist with the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of sales performance and compensation systems.
  • Conduct data validation, user acceptance testing, and parallel runs during system changes or implementations.
  • Serve as a point of support for users, helping troubleshoot data or system-related questions with a strong analytical lens.

Drive Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Systems teams to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
  • Document business processes, data definitions, and assumptions to improve transparency and scalability.
  • Support special projects and initiatives focused on improving how performance data is captured, analyzed, and used.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, sales operations, or a similarly data-intensive role.
  • A strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large, detailed datasets where precision matters.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to sales performance or compensation platforms (e.g., Spiff, CaptivateIQ) is helpful but not required.
  • The ability to identify patterns, question assumptions, and explain “why” behind the numbers.
  • Strong communication skills — you can translate complex analyses into clear, stakeholder-friendly insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
  • Comfort balancing recurring operational responsibilities with ad hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
