Kaseya is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager in Miami, FL to lead a team of Account Executives focused on new client acquisition and business expansion. This role plays a critical part in achieving Kaseya’s aggressive growth objectives by driving regional sales performance, building strategic relationships, and expanding the reach of our IT Complete™ platform to new customers across the mid-market and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for new business generation. Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals and develops professionally.
- New Client Acquisition: Own regional strategies for acquiring net new clients. Drive consistent pipeline development and conversion through high-impact sales initiatives.
- Sales Execution: Partner closely with AEs in deal strategy, prospecting, and closing business. Maintain a hands-on leadership style to ensure excellence in execution.
- Mid-Market & Enterprise Growth: Leverage experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations to expand our presence and drive larger, more complex deals.
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Monitor team KPIs, sales activity, and pipeline health. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and value-driven experience for new customers.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, onboarding, and enablement programs to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading a B2B sales team, with a proven ability to drive new client acquisition and team performance.
- Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management practices.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
