WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Manager of Stock Administration will be responsible for supporting our global equity compensation programs from plan design through implementation, along with ongoing hands-on, end-to-end administration of Kaseya’s global equity plans and related transactions, policies, programs and processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in stock plan administration, partner management, and business development. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements in the business by influencing stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and manage all stock related transactions in Carta.
- Manage share pool; prepare and deliver forecasts.
- Lead relationships with external stock administration and legal partners.
- Serve as an internal point of contact with respect to equity compensation matters.
- Develop and present communication and training materials to proactively educate business partners, team members, and leadership on new or revised programs or equity related issues.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of equity plans, both domestic and international, and ESPP’s, required.
- Must have the ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish, including needs identification and assessment, gap and modeling analysis, solution design, and implementation.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of stock administration experience.
- Experience with Carta strongly preferred.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, drive for data integrity and strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, leadership, and vendors
