Title: Product Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: Senior Product Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Product Manager at Kaseya, you will be responsible for driving innovation and enhancing the customer experience within KaseyaOne, our centralized platform for accessing, managing, and consuming services from the Kaseya 365 platform. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from proposal to retirement, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle from initial proposal, requirements definition, launch, and retirement.

  • Create detailed business and technical requirements, working closely with engineering to design, develop, and bring concepts to market.

  • Contribute to strategic planning to ensure alignment of product strategy with overall company goals.

  • Drive requirements and gain commitment dates cross-functionally within the Kaseya 365 Platform.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and execution.

  • Keep stakeholders involved and informed throughout the planning, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

  • Manage stakeholder and customer escalations when needed.

  • Establish success criteria for product usage and perform ongoing measurement and monitoring.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Product Manager with 3-5 years of product management experience, a strong understanding of customer experience, and a proven track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on committed dates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap.

  • Lead cross-functional programs to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure product success.

  • Facilitate customer advisory boards and gather feedback from online forums.

  • Drive product-specific customer-facing efforts such as webinars and industry events.

  • Manage product booth/pods at industry events.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience, user experience, and user interface principles.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

  • Experience working with agile teams and leading cross-functional programs.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise software.

  • Solid technical understanding of common IT infrastructures and SaaS/PaaS capabilities.

  • Ability to travel to sponsored industry events.

Bonus Points:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Customer references from previous roles.
