Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Validation:
- Maintain and validate sales performance and compensation data within key systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies through regular audits and reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales and compensation data.
- System Support & Implementation:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems related to sales performance and compensation.
- Conduct data validation and testing during system updates or implementations.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance against quotas and highlight trends.
- Analyze sales data and compensation metrics to identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting tools and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Project & Process Support:
- Support cross-functional projects focused on improving data workflows and system efficiency.
- Assist in documenting business processes and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, system support, financial planning, or related fields.
- Experience with sales performance, compensation systems, or financial tools is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred); familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Exposure to systems such as Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar tools is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
