Job Description

Kaseya is looking for an ambitious Billing Specialist who is process driven, thrives working in a fast paced, fun, in-office work environment with significant exposure to employees, managers and even leaders in different departments. You should be detail and people oriented, with the goal of excelling quickly in your career at a company that is growing significantly. This role will support the overall billing functions and report into the Billing Manager in the beautiful Brickell, Miami offices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team and has a desire to work cross-functionally to support various accounting initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Kaseya customers
  • Planning and supporting billing operations functions.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
  • Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Preparing and sending invoices.
  • Maintaining and updating records.
  • Creating and managing client accounts.
  • Reconciling account discrepancies.
  • Handle Other Ad-hoc accounting/billing tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Work experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong customer service skills.
