WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Manager, Order Governance at Kaseya, you will lead a global team focused on streamlining and enhancing order governance practices. You will develop and implement policies to ensure compliance, maintain data accuracy, and drive efficiency in order processing. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll align governance practices with business objectives, mentor a team of business analysts, and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in supporting Kaseya’s growth and operational excellence.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A business-minded leader with a strong background in inventory management, order processing, and governance practices within the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess the ability to design and implement scalable processes, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate effectively across departments to drive operational success.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for governing the order process, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including revenue recognition, legal, and security standards.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure product data consistency and accuracy across ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and internal databases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, fostering professional growth and team success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to align order governance practices with broader business objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Create KPIs and report on daily metrics, focusing on order accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of customer service, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations or finance roles within a SaaS company, with demonstrated success in scaling teams and implementing new processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Oracle ERP/NetSuite, Snowflake, PowerBI, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Adaptability: Resilient and flexible, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data Management: Strong skills in managing and analyzing data for continuous improvement and decision-making.
