WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is looking for a Manager of Business Operations to play a pivotal role in measuring and analyzing Collections Operations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, measuring, reporting on and driving data-driven insights, and enabling successful execution of collections initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Kaseya is seeking a skilled Manager of Data Reporting and Analytics to enhance our sales reporting processes. This role will utilize SQL and PowerBI, along with Excel and other data visualization tools, to drive actionable insights and improve reporting capabilities. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will play an important role in optimizing data processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our transition from manual to automated reporting. Your contributions will help improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Manager of Data Reporting and Analytics will support the development and execution of reporting and analytical strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. This role involves analyzing and improving existing reporting processes to address inefficiencies and enhance data accuracy. You will assist in designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions using SQL and PowerBI, ensuring integration with current systems. Leading a team of reporting analysts, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with various teams to identify and address reporting and analytical needs. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports and presenting findings to management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting Strategy Support:
- Developing and implement data reporting and analytical strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Identify and support opportunities for reporting and analytics improvements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI to track Go to Market activities.
- Provide analysis and recommendations based on data to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of reporting outputs.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Support the optimization of reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting Solutions Development:
- Design and implement reporting solutions using SQL and PowerBI.
- Ensure reporting solutions are effective and in compliance with evolving standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor the performance of reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes based on feedback and performance metrics.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on reporting tools and techniques.
- Incident and Problem Management:
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting processes and systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions and reporting technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of financial and SaaS business concepts – you’ll interact with the finance teams a lot.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred but not a must qualification:
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate are a plus.
- MBA or Masters in a related field
