Kaseya is looking for a smart, highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Manager with at least eight years of B2B social media experience to add to its global marketing communications team.

You will need to have strong corporate communication, multimedia and social media skills in order to effectively support Kaseya’s overall brand reputation across all its entities and help build positive community relationships and engagement across multiple online platforms and external communication tools.

A successful senior social media manager at Kaseya will be able to develop and execute the social media strategy, produce content, collaborate across departments, coordinate, and drive online engagement strategies that build the positive reputation of the Kaseya family of brands globally. This person will also work on corporate communications initiatives to drive customer awareness and positive sentiment about Kaseya’s vision, strategy, competitive differentiation and market momentum. The senior social media manager will also be responsible for working with senior leadership to determine KPIs and measure campaign successes to identify what’s working and what’s not.

The position requires an understanding of social media best practices, and a desire to research and explore new strategies. As a key member of the global marketing communications team, the senior social media manager will be responsible for collaborating and executing on social media marketing strategies, video and image creation to support specific initiatives, reporting on metrics, and monitoring and managing brand reputation in social communities.

The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a doer with a positive, can-do attitude who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to the organization, with B2B global brand management experience.

Useful Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Polished multimedia production skills (photo, video, reels, content creation across various mediums)
  • Social media savviness and a passion for technology

  • Proactive engagement with social media influencers
  • Reactive communications/rapid response PR
  • Experience in strategic social media campaigns and measuring succeess

Responsibilities:

Working as part of the global corporate marketing team:

  • Develop content calendars for assigned business units. Copywrite & design, schedule, publish, and analyze social posts.
  • Determine the social media strategy for company’s global events and execute on content generation.
  • Create weekly/monthly social media reports as directed and optimize content across Kaseya’s social media platforms based on performance metrics.
  • Communicate upcoming social media launches and major moments for internal awareness and look for ways to create consistency across all of Kaseya’s social channels.
  • Oversee community interactions on public-facing social media communities: monitor conversations, respond to reviews and comments, generate conversation.
  • Help manage crisis communications or reactive responses, arising from any market activity, product or company activities.
  • Work with the recruitment marketing team to support Kaseya brand and global recruitment efforts.
  • Manage and mentor the social media team consisting of a social media specialist and social media intern.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree.
  • 8-year minimum of B2B social media experience
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
  • B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry.
  • Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software a plus.
