Position Title: Senior Manager Strategic Finance and Operations
We are hiring a Senior Manager in Strategic Finance to build out foundational areas of an impactful and high-performing team. The areas span revenue forecasting and optimization, corporate finance, and capital markets activities. This role will help manage the company’s annual business planning and quarterly reforecasting processes, develop & monitor company wide metrics & KPIs, report on trends and explain variances, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive stronger business performance and profitability, ultimately helping to drive key-decision making across the organization. This role will also lead transformational M&A and capital raising efforts. Beyond forward-looking strategic recommendations, you will oversee all facets of operational planning processes for Kaseya’s revenue streams and spend, including budgeting, forecasting and LRF (longrange forecasting).
In This Role, You Will
- Own critical corporate finance processes, including Board reporting and building and evolving our long-term forecasting models to support decision-making around expansion and operational strategies
- Create, enrich and maintain financial models to support ROI based decision-making and inform key stakeholders across the organization of the financial implications of key business decisions
- Manage a subset of our product revenues and gross margins, establish monthly reporting, and conduct in-depth analyses to derive actionable insights
- Be the finance partner to our product, GTM and Growth leaders on pricing and packaging exercises, and evaluate new business models
- Drive growth and improvements in margin and profitability through effective business planning partnering with the leadership team to achieve overall alignment on goals
- Create high-quality presentations for communicating Kaseya’s financial performance
- Distill our business and cost drivers into key metrics that underpin how we communicate financial performance, allocate resources, and plan for growth
- Identify areas of opportunity across our P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
- Stay current on market trends and best-in-class financial performance benchmarks
- Collaborate with senior leaders across departments, including our Accounting and FP&A teams, to build and evolve our financial reporting as well as finance team operations
- Partner with the Data Team to provide key insights into performance and financial trends, linking leading indicators in current business drivers to future strategy
- Develop financial communications for investors and other stakeholders
- Lead transformational M&A and capital markets processes, as they arise
- Manage all ad hoc analysis for the Strategic Finance team
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
- 3+ years of progressive investment banking, corporate finance, or buy side investing experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- A strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks in financials
- An analytical mindset and inclination to seek out the truth instead of relying on generalities and broad assumptions
- Expert modeling skills, with experience building complex operating models
- Expert knowledge of financial statement, ROI and new business analysis, in addition to corporate finance and accounting concepts.
- Ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership
- Excellent communication skills and “story telling” ability when presenting data insights

- An understanding of business models and metrics that are relevant to Kaseya
- Agility to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and willingness to get deep into the weeds where needed
