As a Technical Program Manager/SCRUM Master, you will play a critical role in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and delivering high-quality products on time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria.
- Manage all Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for engineering team.
- Creation and management of KPIs and metrics for engineering team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, ensuring a unified approach to program delivery.
- Execute release management governance for all of engineering team.
- Attend and facilitate weekly CAB meetings for engineering team.
- Run daily standups for multiple projects and within engineering teams
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and outcomes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, escalating issues as necessary.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. - Work with teams to identify and address resource constraints, optimizing productivity.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements.
- Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment
- Regularly communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide timely updates on project progress and address stakeholder concerns.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong technical background, preferably in software development or related fields.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Communications/Leadership
- Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving project success.
Education/Technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences & Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- SCRUM Master Certification a major plus.
