WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Global Benefits & Wellness Manager leads and facilitates the daily oversight of Kaseya’s multiple health and welfare plans, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans on a global scale. This is a vital role in ensuring that our benefits offerings meet the needs of our multinational workforce, have a positive impact on attracting and retaining top talent, while aligning with our organizational goals.

Reports to: Senior Director, Global Benefits & Compensation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the administration and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Design and implement global wellness initiatives that promote employee health and well-being, including mental health programs.
  • Understand risk and compliance of benefits administration and have strong working knowledge of Benefits/Payroll related Federal/State laws, including, but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, PWFA, HIPAA, ERISA, and COBRA.
  • Develop and enhance processes to monitor the effectiveness of benefits program delivery
  • Lead the domestic annual open enrollment process, recommend program changes, review communication materials, and work with carriers on ensuring accurate benefit enrollment
  • Partner with local subject matter experts to ensure all benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
  • Working knowledge of international benefit trends in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Conduct regular benefit audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Create educational materials and conduct training sessions to help employees understand and maximize their benefits.
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing employee benefits & wellness programs
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or related field
  • Ability to work in fast-paced sales environment in a scaling organization
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
