WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Digital Adoption Platform Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions to enhance user engagement and adoption of Kaseya’s software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment of digital adoption strategies and tools that drive user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help shape the user experience and maximize the value derived from Kaseya's technology solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with WalkMe-based digital adoption solutions tailored to Kaseya's software products. Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate WalkMe into the product ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze user interactions with WalkMe solutions to identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize adoption strategies and enhance user engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management and support teams, to understand user needs and address any challenges related to digital adoption.
  • Provide support to internal teams on functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address any integration or functionality concerns.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing digital adoption strategies.
  • Proficiency in WalkMe platform features is a plus, including but not limited to in-app guidance, analytics, and user segmentation.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
  • WalkMe certification is a plus.

  • Creative problem solver.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in digital adoption platforms are a plus.
