As the Senior Finance Director for Kaseya Go-To-Market (GTM) you will play a key role that bridges the gap between finance, sales, and marketing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will develop strategy and work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to craft a winning GTM strategy and support the resource planning as well as track actual results of these teams. Act as business partner for GTM organization and manage the OPEX budgets. Allocate resources efficiently and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting of top-line metrics, including elements of growth, retention, pricing, productivity, bookings and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Sales Operations to design an efficient, effective, and predictable GTM motion.
  • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-functioning team of Go-To-Market planning managers and analysts.
  • Directs monthly financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting as well as annual budgeting of GTM organization. Prepare action plans and recommendations for business and operational decisions and identifies risks and opportunities.
  • Leads processes to ensure that financial practices are conducted accurately and in compliance with regulations, laws and standards. Analyze projects for costs, charging and payback. Manage overall budget (including projects), providing immediate feedback to head of Sales and head of Finance on over/underspend
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing analysis like bridges and walk from scenario to scenario
  • 5 years of FP&A experience, of which at least 2 were directly supporting sales team
