Job Description: Sr. Manager of Global Commissions

Kaseya is looking for a Sr. Manager of Global Commissions to focus on leading our commissions team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has run commissions for a public company adhering to GAAP rules. We need someone who has worked with a sales force of over 1000 people and is used to thinking on their feet. You need to be able to manage a team and drill into the details – your customers are all of our GTM sales reps/managers/directors/VPs/and SVPs – and you will be customer facing. You must have a degree of humility at the same time stand up for the rules and spar with the same team. Someone who loves B2B tech and want to take a role in optimizing our commissions across our growing business lines. They know how to utilize data-driven insights to shape company priorities and guide the work of multiple departments, not to mention hundreds of co-workers.


This role will have a team in the US and a larger team in India. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Business Operations. This individual will help influence and drive the strategic direction of how we compensate all go to market motions across the company, making sure all 1500+ quota carriers are paid on time and correctly, and manager the team of high performing individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own our commission management tool.
  • Make sure 1500+ quota carriers are paid timely and accurately across the globe.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly accruals files and reporting as necessary.
  • Drive the operational initiatives impacting our global commissions.
  • Work with the GTM Sales & Strategy team to develop and lead impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with quota carriers.
  • Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives.
  • Lead a high performing global team team with diverse backgrounds as they execute on key projects and hunt for insights to drive company strategy.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience in commissions – ideally with a public or PE owned company.
  • Experience with ASC 606 and GAAP terminology and applications.
  • Experience working with a global sales team of >1000 quota carriers.
  • Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have; familiarity with B2B software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data; Excel ninja
  • Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with executives at a high level at the same time being able to zoom in and work with an individual to help explain a line item.
  • Experience leading a team
  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus
