Job Description

Kaseya is looking for an ambitious Director of Treasury who is process driven, thrives working in a fast paced, fun, in-office work environment with significant exposure to employees, managers and even leaders in different departments. You should be detail and people oriented, with the goal of excelling quickly in your career at a company that is growing significantly. This role will support the corporate treasury function and report into the Vice President of Finance, Treasurer in the beautiful Brickell, Miami offices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team and has a desire to work cross-functionally to support various treasury initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful development and implementation of domestic and international cash and liquidity management strategies
• Oversee daily cash desk including the monthly and quarterly cash forecasting processes
• Lead implementation, training, and usage of Kyriba Treasury Management Solution
• Set targets for Collections and Payables teams to enable maximum geographic liquidity and attainment of cash goals
• Lead a team of managers and analysts to achieve company initiatives
• Lead repatriation efforts to service US debt facilities
• Advises on corporate finance topics such as capital injection in subsidiaries, cost of capital, and intercompany loan agreements and dividend policies.
• Enforce best practice controls environment and bank fraud prevention techniques
• Provides recommendations on optimal financing for M&A and supports the integration of treasury activities for acquired businesses
• Manages ad hoc requests such as corporate credit card program administration, BOD presentation material, bank account rationalization and optimization, etc
• Develops and strengthens relationships with external financial institutions to ensure that the corporation receives the most favorable terms for services; explores expense reduction and revenue opportunities where applicable

Education & Experience

• 12+ years work experience in corporate treasury including cash management, customer credit, international banking, syndicated bank credit facilities.; with interest rate risk management, corporate finance experience and foreign exchange strategies a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; or related experience. CTP, CFA, and/or MBA preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal communication, and people skills
