We ensure product development aligns with the overall company strategy and are the “go to experts” for domain knowledge and competitive environments for our product. We develop and execute the product roadmap, releases, and engage with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Education and Professional Services to rollout new functionality and rapidly respond to the changing needs of the market and our customers.
Senior Product Managers are executives. They are given the autonomy to do the best, most rewarding work of their lives, and are held to high standards of accountability. As Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Kaseya leadership, development, and customers to build the best and most innovative products for Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision for Network Management: Developing short-term roadmaps and long-term visions specifically focused on enhancing network monitoring and management within the RMM Solution.
2. In-Depth Competitor Analysis: Conducting detailed assessments of competitors like Auvik and other players in the network monitoring space to leverage insights and guide product differentiation.
3. Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle for network monitoring features, from ideation through testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
4. Agile Methodologies in Network Development: Applying Agile methodologies tailored to network management product development, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging extensively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand network management needs and advocate for user-centric solutions.
6. Technical Collaborations for Network Demonstrations: Working closely with Technical Sales to craft compelling demonstrations highlighting the unique network monitoring capabilities of the RMM Solution.
7. Specialized Domain Expertise: Serving as the go-to expert for network monitoring and management within RMM, offering insights into competitive positioning and market trends specific to this domain.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive Network Management Experience: Demonstrated expertise with a substantial background in network monitoring and management within RMM.
2. Agile Proficiency in Network Development: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies specifically tailored to network product development.
3. Deep Understanding of MSP and SMB Markets: Prior experience catering network solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Small to Mid-Sized Businesses (SMBs).
4. Specific Product Familiarity: Proficiency in network monitoring tools, backup and disaster recovery in network environments, and a comprehensive understanding of systems management in relation to network operations.
5. Educational Background: A BS Degree in a relevant technical field, preferably complemented by certifications or specialized training in network management or related areas.
