WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and employee expense reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews invoices for accuracy and ensures vendor invoices contain proper approvals/goods receipt and supporting documentation, code with appropriate general ledger account number and input into accounting systems.
  • Review and address purchase order and receiver discrepancies.
  • Corresponds or communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received.
  • Codes payable invoices with correct general ledger and department/entity codes to ensure proper entry into the NetSuite system.
  • Enters payable invoices accurately into NetSuite system within pre-defined deadlines.
  • May assists with the checks/ACH/wires payments/process to ensure vendor invoices are paid promptly and within negotiated payment terms.
  • Reconciles monthly vendor statement for missing or outstanding invoices and resolves discrepancies.
  • Provides ad hoc support on special projects or tasks as needed and requested.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in accounting preferred.
  • One to Three (5-7) years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Previous experience with NetSuite a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Meet month end deadlines and SLAs.
