Kaseya is looking for a senior technical leader to drive standards and governance across all their applications and infrastructure globally. This includes Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Mulesoft, Azure Data Lake, MS Entra ID, M365 Collaboration and all cyber security tools. This role will drive innovation, empower & motivate cross functional teams across IT. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a Principal Engineer, leading other engineers, architects, Directors, etc. This role leads, prioritizes and develops the overall IT Corporate Architecture and Standards across:

- Information Architecture: Focused on the consistent sharing of information across the enterprise

- Solutions Architecture: Focused on developing a direction for managing the portfolio and roadmap

- Technical Architecture: Focused on evolving the technical infrastructure, SDLC, and End User Tech

- Security Architecture: Focused on managing IT risk through the exchange of information between people, systems and things inside and outside the organization.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, End User Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Governance. You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience through a customer-centric approach with responsibility for the following duties:

· Manage and innovate Kaseya Quote to cash business process and back-office systems CRM/Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Middleware and other business applications.

· Assist with CRM/Billing migrations & Integrations that rapidly occurs via M&A activities.

· Must have strong business acumen with knowledge of MSPs and Corporate/BIS systems.

· Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA and processes to improve operational efficiencies of business operations.

· Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).

· Ability to lead non-direct reports across application BA, admins, developers, and 3rd party resources. Work closely with Peers and management in USA.

· Streamline application support and process for the company and manage SLAs.

· Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

· Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

· Work with third-party integrations tools (Mulesoft)

Our desired candidate will have:

· Around 10+ years of experience as a IT senior leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ERP, Middleware, etc.

· Salesforce CPQ experience / knowledge is preferred for this role.

· Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture

· Proven ability to build automations.

· Proven ability to execute third-party integrations without disruption.

· Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

· Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and NetSuite best practices and functionality

· Strong data management abilities

· Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, peers, engineers, and business partners

· A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

· A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

· Excellent English and great communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Familiar with MDM (Master Data Management) for customer and product / pricing data.

- Usage / Consumption based billing

- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Mulesoft, Azure Datalake, MS Entra ID, M365, Cybersecurity Tools

- Vendor Management, Contract Management, Spend Management

- Managing SW/Vendor RFPs
