This leadership role within Kaseya focuses on the corporate applications landscape, encompassing Oracle ERP/NetSuite, Azure Datalake, Mulesoft, and more. Gain high visibility within the company as you take ownership of critical business applications, leading teams of experienced administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration engineers.

As the Leader of Kaseya, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, motivating your teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical processes such as Hire to Retire, Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Legal, Tax, BI/DW, Financial Reporting, and all company-wide integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and innovate Kaseya Corporate Systems, including Oracle NetSuite, BI/DW, Middleware, and other business applications.
  • Facilitate NetSuite and edge system migrations and integrations resulting from M&A activities.
  • Demonstrate business acumen in areas such as Hire to Retire, Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Legal, Tax, BI/DW, and Financial Reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional business stakeholders, driving system automations, QA, and process enhancements for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global teams across ASIA, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Oversee end-to-end solutions with Salesforce Quote to Cash.
  • Manage application BA, administrators, developers, and 3rd-party resources, collaborating closely with peers and management in the USA.
  • Streamline application support and processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Work with the institutional management team to establish processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with third-party integrations, with experience in Mulesoft, Boomi, Marketo, RingLead, DocuSign, and Conga integration considered a plus.

Desired Candidate Qualifications:

  • Around 10+ years of experience as an IT senior leader with hands-on techno-functional expertise, managing back-office IT SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ERP, Middleware, etc.).
  • Preferred experience with Oracle ERP/NetSuite, Snowflake, Mulesoft, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to scale teams, attract and retain top talent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building QA automations.
  • Successful execution of third-party integrations without disruption.
  • Ability to design and implement new processes, fostering user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
