Our Opportunity
Chewy is hiring an HR Specialist, responsible for prioritizing tasks assigned to the Team Member Services team at our office in our Plantation, FL. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, be thorough, and have a strong customer service orientation. In this role, you will be responsible for quickly and efficiently reviewing incoming tickets in ServiceNow and assigning them to the appropriate team/employee for resolution. You will gain exposure to a vast array of HR inquiries and questions! We believe in striving for excellence in all we do and accept nothing less. You'll be successful in this role because you excel in quickly assessing core issues and concerns, as well as being efficient and organized.
What You’ll Do
Review tickets and issues submitted to HR through ServiceNow
Triage and assign the cases to the appropriate HR contact
Provide advisement and process design insight on the organization of the HR Service Catalog in ServiceNow
Assist with research and tracking of case issues and metrics
Provide ongoing support on prioritizing and decreasing traffic through standardizing self-service support
Provide Tier 1 inbound phone support for HR Shared Services
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience
1+ years of HR experience (preferred)
SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred)
Experience with working in ServiceNow or similar case management platform (preferred)
Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Detail-oriented; demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as strong data entry skills
