Your Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Chewy Healthcare Marketing Team. In this role, you will own and drive operational strategy and execution to support the growth of Chewy Vet Care and B2B programs. You will partner closely with cross functional partners such as print vendors, practice team members, and our program management team to develop scalable processes, optimize marketing operations, and ensure successful program execution.
This role is a key foundation of the Chewy Healthcare marketing team and will also be responsible for executing marketing priorities such as, leading key marketing initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering high-impact marketing programs. You will be responsible for managing workflows, owning inventory and distribution, influencing timelines and priorities, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end operational planning and execution for marketing programs supporting Chewy Vet Care and B2B initiatives
Lead the setup and launch strategy for marketing materials supporting new practice openings, ensuring consistency and scalability
Manage the development and optimization of all branded collateral
Serve as a primary point of contact for Chewy Vet Care and Chewy Health stakeholders, proactively identifying needs and recommending solutions
Oversee inventory strategy and distribution of promotional materials across storage facilities, field teams, practices, and partner locations
Establish and maintain systems to track and report on marketing assets, event timelines, and program performance (tradeshows, community events, etc.)
Own budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor payment processes across multiple marketing initiatives
Own the day to day relationship with agency partners
Lead execution and continuous improvement of promotional programs (e.g., Pet of the Month, anniversaries, veterinary holidays), including performance tracking and optimization
Drive logistics strategy and execution for events and tradeshows, including vendor coordination, timelines, attendee information, and on-site readiness
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and improve operational workflows
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency, communication, and program outcomes
Manage communication and logistics between internal and external partners
What You’ll Need:
Bachelors in Marketing, Operations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project, or program management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven experience flawlessly multi-tasking and thrive under pressure and deadlines
Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency at scale
Love of pets and passion for their care and health
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Travel up to 15%
