About the Role
Are you passionate about technology and helping people? At Chewy, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated IT Site Support Specialist I to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our employees!
In this role, you’ll provide frontline technical support, helping resolve day-to-day IT issues and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed!
What You’ll Do
Provide first-line technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
Solve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows/Mac)
Perform new hire setups, imaging, and deployment
Assist with account access
Maintain accurate ticket documentation
Support onboarding orientation classes
Track and manage IT assets
Assist with office moves, adds, and changes
Advance complex issues to Tier 2
What You'll Need
1–2 years of IT support experience
Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
Understanding of basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
CompTIA A+
Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, or Jamf
