Associate Director, Social Media
Chewy
Job Description:
At Chewy, we believe great work starts with great people!
Here, you’ll be part of a team that values who you are, what you bring, and where you want to grow. We offer meaningful work, competitive compensation, and opportunities to develop your career in an environment built on trust and collaboration.
Your Opportunity
You will define and lead Chewy’s multi-year strategy for TikTok and emerging social platforms as a critical enterprise growth pillar. You will own the long-term investment thesis, capital allocation roadmap, and operating model for emerging social, accountable for meaningful revenue contribution, incremental growth, and capital efficiency at the enterprise level. You will transform early-stage platform bets into scaled, durable growth engines, building the experimentation frameworks, AI-enabled creative systems, and measurement rigor required to support sustained investment. As a portfolio leader, you will influence how emerging social integrates into Chewy’s broader growth architecture, shaping channel mix evolution and enterprise-wide performance standards. You will partner closely with Paid Social, Brand, Marketing Science, Finance, Product, and Martech to translate performance insights into investment decisions, enterprise planning inputs, and long-term growth acceleration. Through strong leadership, disciplined experimentation, and clear executive-level storytelling, you will elevate emerging social from channel execution to strategic advantage.

Shape the operating model for new social platforms, including processes, tools, tracking, taxonomy, QA, and reporting.
Secure and leverage platform partnerships, betas, and new ad products to maintain competitive advantage.
