  • Translate complex pricing analyses into strategic proposals for senior leadership, clearly articulating the problem, proposed solution, trade-offs, and expected financial impact.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong business acumen with a passion for managing recurring pricing tasks while building automation for pricing features and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills & creative problem solver that can turn data into actionable insights - ability to run analyses on large data sets and build complex analytical models
  • Advanced skill with SQL, Python, Tableau and statistical methods (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, statistical significance).
  • Demonstrated experience owning pricing strategy in a competitive retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Bias for action - both strategically and tactically.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Bonus:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building elasticity models or algorithmic pricing frameworks
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and lead them to success. EQ to be a team player while still driving results.

The base salary range for this role is $118,500 - $207,000.00.
