Our Opportunity

We are hiring awesome humans, and we hope that includes you! Chewy’s Marketing Analytics team is seeking a Marketing Analyst Intern out of Plantation, FL headquarters to help modernize how marketing performance insights are created and consumed across the business as we transition in 2026 to an insights-first experience powered by a unified knowledge system and GenAI-driven narratives.

This summer internship centers on a high-impact, well-scoped project focused on rationalizing our search + social performance reporting, reducing low-value dashboards, modernizing underlying data and logic, and delivering real stakeholder impact while building practical skills in marketing measurement, channel analytics, stakeholder-driven design, and insight automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Help assess and rationalize the marketing reporting ecosystem across Paid Search and Paid Social by analyzing dashboard/report usage, stakeholder value, duplication of logic, and refresh/compute cost drivers, and recommend a practical consolidation plan

  • Support an insights-first marketing analytics experience by translating campaign performance outputs into decision-ready narratives and automated insights (e.g., “what changed,” “why it changed,” “what to do next”)

  • Contribute to building a centralized knowledge base for marketing KPIs and channel definitions (ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CVR, incrementality assumptions, attribution definitions) so insights are consistent and reusable across dashboards and GenAI workflows

  • Partner with channel stakeholders (Search/Social/Creative/Marketing Ops) to gather requirements, performance analysis, and communicate findings in a stakeholder-friendly format

  • Support basic campaign setup issues that enables better performance reporting and automation

  • Assist with channel performance analysis

What You’ll Need

  • Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027

  • Strong understanding of paid search and paid social channel

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication (ability to explain what the data means for a marketer’s next decision)

  • Interest in GenAI-enabled analytics

  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026

Bonus

  • Familiarity with digital marketing measurement concepts

  • Experience analyzing dashboard usage/telemetry, and/or familiarity with data quality checks, documentation standards, or basic performance troubleshooting

  • Exposure to advertising platforms or tools
