Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Plantation, FL, Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA and/or Bellevue, WA. We have very ambitious plans for this rapidly growing business and are looking for an experienced Marketing leader and builder. The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead e-commerce category marketing for multiple growing healthcare categories.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a start-up like fashion but for an existing and loveable brand requiring a self-starter, action-biased individual with outstanding relationship building skills. Among other projects, you will work on developing marketing plans, translate category and consumer insights into customer facing benefits, define success metrics, and bring our initiatives to life across marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing professional who can flex between strategic and executional work. Successful candidates should be customer obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity, strong with marketing analytics, and have experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead development of marketing and research plans for healthcare merchandise categories including Vitamins & Supplements, Veterinary Diets, and other health & wellness products.

  • Work closely with category managers across multiple healthcare categories to build out monthly marketing plans and calendars based on promotional activities, product development, and annual goals.

  • Partner closely with Chewy marketing teams and channel owners (Email, Site, Search, Social, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention for healthcare categories across channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements.

  • Analyze marketing efforts and performance data to summarize and communicate to Team Members how marketing initiatives are impacting business results.

  • Manage consumer-first cross-category campaigns to educate consumers, drive traffic and support business goals.

  • Build processes to ensure collaboration with collaborators and smooth execution across functions within the Healthcare business unit.

  • Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics including owned channel placements.

  • Use data and insights to think strategically and creatively to develop opportunities to support category goals with limited resources and offsite marketing support.

  • Build and implement marketing frameworks, analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns.

  • Be an inspiring leader with a vision to progress a growing e-commerce business and establish a Marketing function within a business.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years' marketing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple collaborators

  • Customer-first approach and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience

  • Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to project management skills

  • Experience analyzing business performance and determining impact of marketing efforts

  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment

  • Experience with CRM/Email and Search (Paid and Organic)

  • Advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel) experience, experience with Tableau and/or SQL is a plus

  • Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and find opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

  • Travel may be required

The base salary range for this role is $118,500 - $207,000.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
