The Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are central pillars of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Salesforce RevOps Administrator to drive our revenue operations excellence.

The Salesforce RevOps Administrator is responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system within Revenue Operations. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to manage processes, ensure data accuracy, and implement workflows that drive revenue performance. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Salesforce administration and have a strong understanding of RevOps principles to bridge gaps across teams effectively.

What to expect:

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce systems to support revenue operations
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Implement data integration solutions and maintain data quality standards
  • Design and deploy lead scoring and opportunity tracking systems
  • Build comprehensive reporting dashboards for revenue insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
  • Develop and document best practices for Salesforce usage
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements
  • Lead system updates and enhancement projects

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of RevOps processes and CRM best practices
  • Experience with reporting tools and process automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Compensation

$85,000 - $130,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
