Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Recruitment owns and operates Transak’s internal sourcing engine end-to-end.
They function like an in-house recruitment agency, accountable for building high-quality talent pipelines and consistently delivering candidates who meet Transak’s bar—fast, at scale, and with predictability.
This role goes beyond coordination. It is a hands-on, outcome-driven leadership role focused on execution, data, and hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing Engine
- Multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack groups, crypto communities).
- Talent mapping for fintech, crypto, payments.
- Maintain weekly sourcing dashboards.
2. Outreach & First Contact
- Own outbound messaging and initial engagement.
- Personalised outreach to passive candidates.
3. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct structured screening calls.
- Maintain role-specific scorecards.
- Reject or advance decisively.
4. Hiring Process Operations
- Maintain ATS hygiene.
- Ensure fast handoffs to hiring managers.
- Drive SLA discipline for feedback loops.
5. Talent Intelligence
- Create competitor org maps.
- Build talent pools for recurring roles.
- Identify hiring risks early.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Work with COO/CEO and department heads.
- Clarify requirements and push for hiring quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle or sourcing-focused recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth tech, fintech, crypto/Web3, SaaS, or payments.
- Proven success sourcing senior/critical roles (Director, VP, Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, Finance).
- Hands-on outbound sourcing mastery using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, community channels and competitor mapping.
- Experience hiring across multiple markets — US,LATAM, Europe, UAE, India.
- Ability to independently build multi-channel pipelines (cold outreach, referrals, talent maps, communities, headhunting).
- Demonstrated ability to source technical + non-technical roles: product, engineering, compliance, finance, GTM.
- Strong ability to understand role requirements, business context, and stakeholder needs without handholding.
- Excellent communication clarity; crisp screening, structured qualification, strong candidate experience.
- Consistent ATS discipline, pipeline hygiene, tracking of funnel metrics, reporting accuracy.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity, speed, and cross-functional pushback.
- Strong ability to represent employer brandcredibly, especially at senior levels.
- Based in Miami or open to relocation (optional depending on your hiring plan).
