About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Manager, UI/UX Design to join our Digital team in our Boca Raton, FL office. You will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of UI/UX design for digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will oversee the full product design process, from user research to final asset handoff, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers. This role requires expertise in user-centered design, Agile collaboration, and cross-functional leadership to drive continuous improvements in navigation, account management, loyalty programs, and landing page optimization. This role reports to the Sr. Director, UX/UI Design.

You will

  • Define and execute the UI/UX strategy, ensuring customer-centric design principles enhance engagement and conversion across digital platforms.
  • Lead a team of UI/UX designers, overseeing the end-to-end design process, including research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology teams, and key business stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns, ensuring brand consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis, applying insights from analytics, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Oversee final high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with modern digital design standards.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize UX/UI improvements.
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX tools, processes, and technologies, continuously improving efficiency and execution across the design team.

You will come with

  • Bachelor's Degree Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications and at least 3+ years of experience leading design teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.
  • Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design optimization to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, influencing cross-functional teams and advocating for best-in-class digital experiences.
