We are a community of technologists dedicated to the purpose of increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion for underrepresented and underserved groups in Enterprise IT. Only 28% of software engineering jobs are held by women. Only 5% of IT jobs are held by Black people and only 11% by LGBTQIA+. Traditional bootcamps charge high fees with no guarantee of job placement. Enterprise organizations spend time and money on hiring but often lack retention. There is a war on talent and corporations are being held accountable for hiring more underrepresented groups, but many struggle to attract and retain this talent. We solve these problems by empowering and investing in diverse technology talent in order to increase representation for all people and to create higher performing enterprise organizations.
