Stellar IT is a leading Managed IT Services firm catering to clients across diverse industries, with a focus on legal, healthcare, and financial sectors. We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team, which is constantly growing and evolving. This role is a hybrid one, which means you will work one to two days in the office and the remaining days remotely.

The Senior IT Support Specialist, who will be joining our team soon, will play a crucial role in providing excellent technical support to our clients, which includes providing assistance via phone, email, and remote access related to Windows PC and Mac platforms, Windows Server OS, and networking equipment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner while keeping accurate records. The Senior IT Support Specialist will also be required to provide on-site support and help set up new computers, VoIP phones, firewalls, servers, and other related equipment. Alongside the engineers, the Senior IT Support Specialist will also contribute to projects and assist in hardware and software implementations. Two years of experience in technical support or a related field, MSP experience preferred.

Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000, commensurate to experience.

Working Hours:

This is a hybrid role with one to two days working from the office and the remaining days working remotely. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 AM and ending at 5:30 PM, for a total of 40 hours per week. Although occasional after-hours support may be required, it is rare.
