We are looking for a Director of Sales to join the Social Mobile team. It is our Director of Sales’ main responsibility to generate new business, while increasing revenue from new and existing clients. As the point of contact to all key accounts, they will also focus on building and maintaining relationships with consistent and clear communication. The Director of Sales will need industry knowledge and the understanding of client trends to create key growth sales strategies to present all Social Mobile products and services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and tactical in planning, strategy, and execution of sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Generate new business from cold calls, leads, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Increase sales from existing clients
  • Meet company sales KPIs
  • Generate sales reports by product and service

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a senior sales executive in the technology field, ideally SaaS or OEM sales
  • 5+ years of experience in the managed mobility industry w/ knowledge of Android Enterprise and MDM
  • 5+ years of management experience overseeing sales teams that consistently met or exceeded aggregated revenue & profit quotas
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Significant global relationships within the mobility ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
