Techstrong Group is looking for an IT support professional who is equally passionate about helping all our staff with productivity and collaboration apps, systems and tools. Reporting to the office of the CTO, this role focuses on onboarding new staff, acquiring and setting up laptops, managing access to cloud-based productivity tools and apps, and finding answers to most any question asked by our team.
Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years prior help desk or end-user support experience with Google Workspace, including configuring and assisting users with mail, docs, sheets, slides, drive access permissions, and search. This position also requires fluency with using and assisting end-users with Slack and using LastPass for account and credentials security. Experience with Adobe applications, Hubspot, Trello (Atlassian), Zapier, and anti-malware software are a plus.
Candidates MUST be in the South Florida area and work in the hybrid office in Boca Raton 2-3 days a week at minimum. Salary/benefits are competitive, and this is a phenomenal opportunity to grow your career.
