We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join the Social Mobile Production team. With a focus on Android-based solutions for the enterprise market, the ideal candidate has experience with hardware development for Android Architecture and project management. The Project Coordinator is responsible for creating comprehensive project timelines, setting phases/milestones, and determining deliverables needed to complete projects. Working with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator ensures all moving parts of a project stay on schedule, are completed on time, within budget, and meet Social Mobile’s high quality standards.
This position is in Hollywood, FL , not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, the project life cycle of client-based projects
Manage all resources assigned to projects to create project schedules and provide the Project Manager with up to date information
Test and verify software releases
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure project compliance
Create and design artworks related to device and packaging
Off hour monitoring of systems, social media platforms, for the for immediate turnaround requests/requirements from client’s modifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Information Technology
3 years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role- with a focus on Product Hardware Development
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Monday, SharePoint, Adobe Illustrator, Fusion 360, etc.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Effective time management
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Android Operating System preferred
