We are currently looking for a fantastic Junior Web Developer to join our Team.

As a Junior Web Developer, you will work on both front-end and back-end projects, upgrading and maintaining code for websites/ applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain expertise in new technologies and applications and learn client-facing attributes.

You will work on multiple sites and accounts at one time, with the goal of meeting or exceeding team and client expectations as well as making sure goals are hit on time and efficiently. Extensive experience in designing and developing WordPress or Webflow websites both with custom themes and purchased themes is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to transform wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and web applications using Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and more.
Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement SEO best practices to ensure website performance and search engine visibility.
Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
Manage DNS settings, domain transfers, and website backups and migrations.
Work closely with the Account Management team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our digital projects.

Requirements:

2+ years experience
Agency experience preferred
Proven experience as a Front-End Web Developer, creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm).
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and XD.
Attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into flawless web experiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is a requirement.
