What You’ll Do
Responsible for managing a single high-impact solution within Slalom’s prioritized Customer outcomes. Focuses on the full lifecycle of the solution, from development to successful delivery and Customer satisfaction as well as lead the team who delivers on this work. As the expert for this solution, the Solution Lead ensures its alignment with Customer needs, drives continuous improvement, and monitors market relevance to support Slalom’s growth objectives and maximize ROI.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Director in Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, San DIego, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, Boston is $229,000 to $289,000. For Senior Director in all other cities except San Francisco or Silicon Valley the target salary range is $211,000 to $266,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Partners with sales teams to drive solution adoption, focusing on high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Leverages solution expertise to serve as a subject matter expert to support deal crafting, ensuring the solution’s competitive positioning and alignment with Customer needs.

- Proven Delivery - Consistently demonstrated successful high-quality project delivery/leadership including large and complex engagements
- Business Acumen - Strong financial acumen with experience managing solution P&Ls, sales pipelines and performance metrics.
- Sales Leadership- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through high-impact solution offerings and cross-functional team leadership. Requires expertise and credibility to influence across our global footprint. Has experience supporting sales efforts including driving complex proposal creation, SOW creation, CSA/NDA navigation
- Grow Expertise- Credible expert with inspirational stage speaking and media ready representative. Ability to craft compelling written thought leadership.
