Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in systems integration and a strong understanding of application management, vendor updates, and security configurations. As a Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing engineering care and maintenance of several third-party applications. This role involves managing integrations, supporting governance processes, handling exceptions, and keeping Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations up to date, among other key tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Ongoing Engineering Care: Own and manage the engineering support for the integration and upkeep of third-party applications within the organization. Ensure systems are running smoothly and are up to date with the latest configurations and updates.
- Rotating Credentials Management: Oversee the administration and periodic rotation of credentials and access control systems to maintain security compliance across all integrated platforms.
- AllAccess Integration Management: Manage and support the integration of AllAccess and other access management tools to ensure secure and seamless application usage and data flow between platforms.
- Governance Support: Provide support for governance processes related to the integration of third-party applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Exception Handling: Manage and resolve exceptions related to application integrations, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and do not affect system functionality or security.
- SSO Configuration Upkeep: Maintain and update Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations across the integrated applications to ensure smooth authentication processes for end users.
- Vendor Updates: Apply and manage vendor updates and patches to ensure all third-party applications are running on the latest versions and are secured against vulnerabilities.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, application management, or related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, application configuration, and vendor management.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and identity management tools.
- Familiarity with access control systems and credential management processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot, manage exceptions, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors effectively.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies such as AllAccess, identity management systems, cloud platforms, and security protocols is a plus.
- Experience in working with cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., security, cloud platforms, identity management) are a plus.
