Who You’ll Work With

We have passion for building strategies, solutions, and creative products to help our clients solve their most complex and interesting business problems. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce industry leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, to drive impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across State & Local, Education, and Non-Profit by accelerating the Salesforce partnership in current and prospective accounts for Slalom.
  • Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets.
  • Create and execute joint account strategies with partners, including playbooks for effective account planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams.
  • Work closely with our Salesforce P&SI Digital Strategy team to develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies.
  • Articulate Slalom’s industry value proposition, incorporating Salesforce elements, and develop industry-specific content.
  • Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and Salesforce dedicated sellers.

What You’ll Bring

  • A dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in enterprise technology in the SLED and Non-Profit space.
  • Prior experience working in public sector.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Manager level the base salary pay range is $104,000-180,000, at the Senior Manager the base salary pay range is $123,000-234,000, at the Director level the base salary pay range is $146,000-278,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
