SageSure is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of successful digital marketing strategies for our business. In this role, you will lead the strategy for all digital channels, including email, web, search, digital advertising, and social media marketing to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and maximize efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the Digital Marketing Team and establishing standards for executive reporting.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and energetic leader with in-depth digital marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for emerging technologies and cross-functional collaboration. What you’ll be doing:

  • Build a digital marketing roadmap that clearly ladders up to business objectives.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, ads, emails, and social media) to enable best practices and deliver strong performance.
  • Determine and report out KPIs that reflect business goals to an executive audience.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
  • Translate production targets into an actionable digital strategy that drives market segment growth.
  • Liaise with Marketing Strategy, Sales Enablement, and CX to increase satisfaction and awareness through cohesive strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor competition to inform new strategies and opportunities.
  • Act as SME for new digital technology developments.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing director.
  • Strong understanding of all current digital marketing channels.
  • Avid practitioner of online marketing best practices.
  • In-depth experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, GDN, Sprout Social, Salesforce, Wordpress, and Elementor.
  • Familiarity with web design and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • BS or Master’s in marketing, advertising, or equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance (especially property/casualty) or financial category.
  • Strong understanding of marketing industry and principles.
  • Experience with a project management platform (Wrike preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
