The Royal Caribbean Group’s Private Destinations team has an exciting career opportunity for a full Senior Analyst, Private Destination reporting to the Manager, Private Destination Business Operations.
Position Overview
This position is integral to conducting and coordinating various analyses as directed by Senior Management to support operational decision-making. A primary focus is on identifying opportunities to enhance operating results through in-depth financial analysis and the development of improved management information systems. This role will provide essential support for budget planning, financial performance, and execution across global operations, including key flagship areas such as Perfect Day at CocoCay, Perfect Day Mexico, Royal Beach Clubs (RBC PI, Cozumel, Lelepa, and Santorini), and Cultural Experiences (Labadee). Effective communication of insights and findings to Senior Management and relevant operational groups is crucial for the success of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead analytical projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
- Analyzes operating and summarize variance investigations and assists in the development of action plans.
- Identifies opportunities to improve operating performance through information gathering and analysis.
- Develops models for monthly / quarterly / yearly forecasts in support of operations decision making.
- Supports the Private Destinations off-line vendors’ invoice management in Tungsten.
- Monitors and supports the tracking of operational and capital transactions.
- Delivers quantifiable performance improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for "special project" initiatives as defined by senior management.
- Supports the vendor setup Apex onboarding registration and reactivation for the Out Islands.
- Supervises and supports the tracking of invoice transactions.
- Preforms monthly funding for Private Destinations’ operations bank accounts.
- Support all required Management Reporting for decision making

Qualifications and Education
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience of similar role.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoice processing, spend management, and financial compliance.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and analyses.
- Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
- Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
- Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of operational personnel. Strong PC skills are required. Must have the ability to think independently and explain complex solutions in a simple manner.
- Proficiency in Accounting systems and reporting tools (e.g., JD Enterprise, Tungsten, & Workiva)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Power BI, Tableau, Business Intelligence tools preferred, APEX, Agiloft, & DocuSign.
Financial / Quantitive Responsibilities
- Delivers the month-end closing process, forecasting and Ad-hoc reports.
- Supports regional financial operations, including funding, banking, and treasury management.
Working Conditions
Destination outdoor environment where high temperature, precipitation, and humid temperatures are experienced. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is required to work outdoors in extremely humid and hot conditions for an extended period. This is a position where duties are exercised outdoors, walking in sand, and uneven surfaces.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste and smell. The Team Member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. All Destination Team Members must be physically able to participate in emergency life-saving procedures and drills. Full use/range of motion of arms and legs as well as full visual, verbal, and hearing abilities are required to receive and give instructions in the event of an emergency.
