Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Influencer Marketing Account Executive reporting to the Sr Manager Social Media Partnerships & Activations.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
The Influencer Marketing Account Executive will play a key role in managing and executing influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement. As well as managing our in-house crew ambassador program. This position involves collaborating with influencers, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and maintaining client relationships to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers across various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of collaboration with influencers and their management teams.
- Collaborate with partners to develop creative influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
- Design and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and yielding high results.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer campaigns to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership highlighting campaign results and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency’s influence and connections within the influencer marketing space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, F&B, Entertainment, Private Destinations, Casino and Revenue, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy execution.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management or public relations.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and build relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and terms with influencers and partners.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Anility to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative Thinking: Capable of developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audience.
- Interpersonal Skills: strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with influencers, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
