The Royal Caribbean Group’s Trade Marketing Team for Celebrity Cruises has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Account Executive, Partnerships reporting to the Manager, Trade Marketing.
Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL
Responsible for the management of partnerships with external stakeholders, including Trade Media and Travel Associations. This role entails enhancing our presence and favorability at events, training sessions, and engagements with these travel trade entities. The role will focus on cultivating relationships and maximizing the return on investment, both financially and in terms of time commitment, to sustain our market position and reputation. This position requires close collaboration with the events team, graphic designers, and sales team to ensure effective project management and implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect with key stakeholders in relevant areas to devise and drive business strategies through associations relationships and events.
- Manage high executive level relationships and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Maintain correct brand presence of Celebrity Cruises on individual associations relevant trade portals and training opportunities.
- Maintain working relationships with Marketing team, agency of record, and Trade Media outlets to ensure cohesive brand presence.
- Develop Trade Media strategy to increase brand awareness and tactical presence within publications and events.
- Partner with other departments to plan and deliver various large events with presence and spend.
- Maintain and grow professional image of brand with external association partnerships.
- Work with team creatives to submit creative requests for timely completion of creative executions.
- Review final material and suggest improvements as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of BA in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years writing experience in advertising or related field.
- Some form of executive stakeholder relationship experience.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail; clear and concise communication, commitment to producing quality product; deadline conscious.
- Software experience in Mac and Windows applications including Word and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in identifying commons needs across business areas, providing viable resolutions, and customer service
- Proficiency in communicating ideas, marketing and promoting concepts.
- Understanding of Cruise industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be resourceful with a “yes, we’ll make it happen” attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & adaptable to constant change.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
