Are you ready to make a significant impact by managing a talented team of project managers? As the Manager, Teaming and Org Effectiveness, you'll steer our Talent and Learning & Development (L&D) projects to success, ensuring they align seamlessly with our organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Teaming and Org Effectiveness, your role will be crucial in driving our team's success and fostering a culture of excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- People Management: Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of analysts, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment. Your leadership will be a cornerstone of our team's and company’s success.
- Teaming Effectiveness: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance requesting business group’s team collaboration and their organizational effectiveness.
- Org Effectiveness: Manage org health initiatives that will enhance talent processes and systems that power our entire organization
- Learning and Development: Support the design and delivery of RCG University strategy and evolving foundational learning and development programs that support the growth and development of employees.
- Strategic Planning: Support the build and execution of strategic plans for Talent and L&D projects, ensuring they align with the broader objectives of the organization.
- Communication & Change Management: Champion clear and effective communication and change management within your team and with stakeholders. Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to ensure everyone is aligned and informed on large talent management and learning roll outs.
- Team Management: Motivate and guide your team (2-3 direct reports) with strong decision-making skills and an inspiring leadership style.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Mindfulness of budgeting processes and ensuring optimal resource allocation where applicable.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and navigate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Talent team, broader HR teams, and the rest of the organization.
- Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to internal teams on best practices for talent management, teaming, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Experience in talent management and Learning & Development (L&D) projects is highly desirable.
- Leadership and People Management: Proven experience in managing and leading project teams, with exceptional people management skills.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans for talent and L&D projects.
- Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Extensive experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
