Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop launch NB Learning Academy to include curriculum and learning solutions in support of job-related departmental training.
• In collaboration with business leaders and HR, assess employees' needs and customize training programs to improve their job performance.
• Train new and existing employees on department processes & procedures.
• Conduct and host various types of training sessions, such as in classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site.
• Track, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders/business leaders.
• Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, etc.
• Employ test case files, questions, and hands-on practice to engage the audience and reinforce learning.
• In collaboration with business leaders and HR, create and facilitate recurring department onboarding.
• Coordinate ‘onboarding day’ by scheduling speakers/vendors, events and breakfast/lunch as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, business, finance, Human Resources (HR) and other related courses.
• Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge.
• Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity.
• Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners.
• Expert level communicator both verbal and written.
• High level of interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners.
• Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.
• Ability to execute projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision.

Location: Miami with 30% yearly Travel
