The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global eCommerce team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, International Marketing & Ecommerce reporting to the Manager, CEL Ecommerce Performance.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary
The Marketing & eCommerce Analyst functions as an integral part of the marketing strategy team and is responsible for supporting all aspects of strategic planning, which includes analysis, and reporting related to marketing activities for the International Celebrity Cruises Marketing Department.
The role communicates and ensures appropriate strategies within the Marketing department, as well as collaborates with the Revenue Management, Sales, Media, and Brand & Research teams to address commercial business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Along with strategic responsibilities, this role is responsible for ad hoc analysis and reporting of strategic initiatives, KPIs, and business case modelling.
- Identify and utilize data driven insights to improve processes, address business needs, and achieve better consistency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver daily/weekly marketing insights to various marketing departments and leadership teams.
- Create self-service dashboards or reports through Hyperion, Tableau or PowerBI.
- Issue monthly KPI reports and recommendations.
- Determine sales lifts and ROI analysis for media and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with media and digital agencies to develop proper investment allocation.
- Conduct various analyses, as determined by Senior Management, in support of strategic decision making.
- Collaborate in strategy development - including hypotheses development, option identification, data-driven business and market analysis, problem solving, and consensus building.
- Work closely with Marketing Strategy team on completion of ad-hoc projects as they arise, making recommendations where appropriate.
- Ecommerce – support reporting and growth of digital channels
- Marketing – support marketing performance analytic and strategy
- Corporate & Brand Strategy – support and provide insights for various projects
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
- Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; or two to five years related business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong PC skills are required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exposure to SQL, Hyperion, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics or equivalent technologies strongly preferred
- Analytical: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and opportunities of alternative solutions and conclusions.
- Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and options and implement solutions.
- Presentation: Using computer skills and communication style to create, edit and communicate slide presentations. Understanding end-state and the best way to present a story in a logical and analytical fashion to achieve desired results.
- Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are communicating and taking time to understand points being made.
Physical Requirements
While performing job functions the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a pc, communicate, listen, and assess information. The employee may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations, and may lift, push, pull or move 10 - 15 pounds. Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
