Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Global Employee Experience, the Analyst, Global Employee Experience Operations will be responsible for supporting and executing on initiatives enhancing the employee experience for our 100k+ employees.
The Employee Experience Operations Analyst is a key member of the Employee Experience team located at Royal Caribbean’s Miami headquarters office. This role sits within an internal team serving as Employee Experience (EX) experts in the Human Resources. This individual is expected to serve as a key contributor to the broader EX team, building and tracking reports around EX KPIs and flexing to support various events, recognition, and engagement programs.
NOTE: This is a full-time in-person role based in the company’s headquarters in Miami, FL. Applicants must be available to work in Miami, FL Monday – Thursday, with work from home on Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and build reports around Employee Experience KPIs, tracking engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain an annual calendar, implement, and document processes, and organize project plans.
- Contribute to the execution of the service award program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives enhancing employee engagement.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of employee-centric events and programs.
- Serve as point person and filter inquiries and requests from employees.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in building reports and tracking key metrics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative mindset within business restrictions, approaching challenges as opportunities for positive change.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a curious and driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in project planning, data tracking and/or report building.
