Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Data Quality & Integration – Marketing Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integration, and optimization of point-of-sale (POS) data across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with business impact — automating data processes, enhancing integrations, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth across our brands, channels, and markets.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and strategy, giving you exposure to multiple business units while directly shaping the way data informs marketing and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Automation & Optimization

• Lead the automation of recurring reports and dashboards, reducing manual effort and improving reliability.
• Develop optimized data structures in Snowflake, excel, and related reporting environments to enable scalable analysis while reducing file load.
• Proactively monitor data flows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality checks to ensure consistency across markets.

2. Data Integration & Project Management

• Serve as the primary liaison for regional POS data integration project management, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal data engineering, IT, and vendor partners to integrate data pipelines into Snowflake, while ensuring data validity
• Build scalable frameworks for future integrations, reducing onboarding time for new data sources.

3. Data Analysis, Insights & Reporting

• Analyze sales and consumption trends at multiple levels: market, category, region, channel, and product mix.
• Deliver actionable insights to sales, operations, and marketing teams, influencing pricing, promotions, and innovation decisions.
• Conduct pre- and post-promotion analyses, quantifying program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
• Prepare visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in QSR, retail, CPG, or related industries.
- Strong experience with databases (Snowflake preferred) for extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and executive communication.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in multi-country or regional data management (LAC or other emerging markets).
• Understanding of marketing analytics and measurement frameworks (e.g., comparable performance KPIs, ROI modeling, AB Testing).
• Language skills: Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency to support regional collaboration.
• Experience integrating POS data with CRM or digital marketing platforms.
• Comfort working with large, complex datasets and applying statistical/forecasting techniques.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• % of reporting processes automated and time saved through optimization.
• Accuracy and timeliness of POS data integrations into Snowflake.
• Quality of insights delivered (measured via adoption by Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams).
• Reduction in manual errors and rework through data validation and governance.
• Impact of analytics deliverables on promotional ROI, market performance, and channel growth.
