Are you passionate about driving visibility, control, and optimization of IT assets? As RBI’s IT Asset Manager, you will own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT assets across the enterprise. You’ll use your expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and cross-functional knowledge to ensure RBI’s asset portfolio is well-managed, compliant, and value-driven. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on governance, process improvement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced global environment.
This position is based at our Miami, FL office and is in the office 5 days a week.
Role & Responsibilities:
- · Own and manage the lifecycle of all IT assets (hardware and software), from procurement through retirement
- · Maintain and enhance asset data integrity and configuration in ServiceNow ITAM
- · Lead the development and execution of asset tracking policies, inventory audits, and compliance initiatives
- · Design and implement automated workflows and reports in ServiceNow
- · Collaborate with IT Procurement and Finance to support budget forecasting and cost optimization
- · Manage vendor relationships and support software license audits and renewals
- · Work closely with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) team to ensure alignment
- · Report on KPIs and trends in asset utilization, compliance, and cost efficiency
- · Identify and implement continuous process improvements in asset management workflows
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of IT Asset Management experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
- 4 years using ServiceNow, preferably in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- ITIL Foundation Certification required
- ServiceNow ITAM or System Administrator certification is a strong plus
- Experience managing audits and asset reconciliations
- Understanding of network and infrastructure components a plus
- Experience working in global organizations is desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into asset strategy
- Experience with enterprise IT environments and change control
- Knowledge of software licensing models, compliance, and audits
- Experience implementing or refining asset management processes and automation
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams: IT Ops, Procurement, Finance, and Security
- Ability to analyze data and present asset performance metrics and trends to leadership
