Responsibilities:
In partnership with Sr. Director, People Business Partner;
Builds strong business relationships and collaborates with leaders to proactively identify talent gaps and propose solutions
Facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, and Engagement Action Planning
Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiatives
Partners with People Finance to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups
Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics
Responsible for monthly headcount forecast for assigned client groups
Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Executes all people-related changes in Workday for assigned client groups
Maintains regular HR reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs for assigned client groups
Facilitates employee moves and (where applicable) relocation processes
Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable
Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group
Manages employee relations for assigned client groups.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within HR generalist capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment and labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information with maturity
Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
Experience with Workday preferred
